Whether you want to run your first 5k or go for a marathon postpartum, postpartum run coaching is for you! Postpartum return to running can seem daunting and confusing with all the mixed information out there, but it does not have to be like that. With individualized support, you can feel confident in your training and ability to reach your goals postpartum. Here is what the postpartum run coaching program include:
early postpartum recovery and rehab program that can be started as early as 1 week postpartum
movement screen that will be used to create a custom strength program to support your running
deep dive into current level of fitness

individualized strength program using the platform, Coach Rx, that will help you achieve your goals with the time and equipment you have available to you

Online pregnant run coaching will give you the guidance and support you need to feel confident in your running journey. Here is what’s included in the pregnant athlete support program:

birth prep mobility included in weekly programming for pregnant runners that want to optimize their body for birth
education on pelvic health during pregnancy and how to establish a healthy pelvic floor for birth
weekly check-ins to answer any questions you may have about symptoms or training during pregnancy

Birth Prep
This is for all pregnant individuals, including RUNNERS. Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, everyone can benefit from this service to prepare your body for birth. We address hip and spine mobility impairments, flexibility restrictions, exercises that help to stabilize your pelvis as your pregnancy progresses, and address any discomforts or pain you may be having during pregnancy including:
Low back pain
Hip pain
SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction)
You will learn how to optimize your body (including your pelvic floor) for birth. Tag your partner along to work so together we can practice labor positions that are best for your specific needs. This service is a stand-alone service and does not require participation in the pregnant/postpartum running training program.
