I can help you with developing an appropriate run strategy during pregnancy, strengthening for injury prevention, and work on labor and delivery preparation.

Yes! All sessions are virtual! This allows you to receive the support you need and deserve from the comfort of your home. Birth prep sessions are virtual to encourage partner inclusion, and weekly check-ins are included with all coaching programs.

Postpartum can be a challenging time, and navigating running postpartum is no different. There is a significant lack of information and education out there to guide postpartum runners safely back to running. A skilled postpartum run coach, knows how to help you recover from birth, rebuild a strong foundation, and get you back to running safely!

Pregnant and postpartum training programs include a custom strength program designed for you current needs. Your training program will be on a specific coaching software that comes with an app, videos, and all details for the week. Weekly check-ins are included and messaging throughout the week is encouraged.

It is recommended to commit to a 6-month training program so that you can commit to reaching your goals.

6-month coaching programs are $247/month. No need to pay for all 6 months upfront, you will be billed on a monthly basis. The investment includes a custom plan delivered to you weekly, weekly check ins, and on-demand support via in-app messaging.

Birth prep sessions are 60 minutes and $200. It included a detailed history and interview of your birth wishes, a full virtual assessment of how your body moves, and a tailored exercise program to optimize your body for birth. Birth prep sessions can even include your partner for labor and delivery positioning and practice.
