Birth Prep
This is for all pregnant individuals, including RUNNERS. Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, everyone can benefit from this service to prepare your body for birth.
We address hip and spine mobility impairments, flexibility restrictions, exercises that help to stabilize your pelvis as your pregnancy progresses, and address any discomforts or pain you may be having during pregnancy including:
Low back pain
Hip pain
SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction)
You will learn how to optimize your body (including your pelvic floor) for birth. Tag your partner along to work so together we can practice labor positions that are best for your specific needs. This service is a stand-alone service and does not require participation in the pregnant/postpartum running training program.
